Group Facilitation

I am an experienced group facilitator, having worked over the past several years with agency staff, members of volunteer organizations and advocacy groups, coalition representatives from member organizations, and faculty groups.  I have facilitated group work from two hours to two days.  I can either help you develop your group process from the beginning, or facilitate a meeting with a pre-existing structure.  I am good at helping groups

• accomplish what they set out to do in the time they have allotted,
• make sure that everyone has participated and been heard by the group, and
• discovering new goals and directions they didn't know they had when they started.
